本プライバシーポリシーは、個人開発者 INGYU EUM（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOSアプリ「つみき - 習慣トラッカー」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の 取り扱いを定めるものです。
本アプリは、アカウント登録・ログインを一切必要としません。開発者が運用する サーバーへ個人情報を送信・収集することもありません。習慣の記録などのデータは、 お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、Appleの CloudKit（iCloud）を利用して、複数端末間でデータを 同期できます。この同期データは、お客様ご自身の Apple ID に紐づく iCloud の「プライベートデータベース」にのみ保存され、開発者はその 内容に一切アクセスできません。iCloud同期はオプションであり、iCloudに サインインしていない状態でも、本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
本アプリでは、習慣にヘルスケアの項目（歩数・ワークアウト・水分・ マインドフルネス・睡眠）を任意で連携できます。連携した場合、本アプリは 対象データを読み取り専用で参照し、目標に達した日を自動で 記録するためだけに使用します。ヘルスケアのデータはお使いの端末内 でのみ処理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。 本アプリがヘルスケアにデータを書き込むことはありません。連携は任意で、 いつでも各習慣の設定や「ヘルスケア」アプリから解除できます。
リマインダー通知は、すべてお使いの端末上でスケジュールされる ローカル通知であり、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。なお、iCloud同期の 一部として、データ変更を検知するためのサイレントなプッシュ通知を バックグラウンドで利用することがありますが、これは同期処理専用であり、 通知の内容や個人情報を含みません。
本アプリは広告を表示せず、第三者による広告・分析・トラッキングのための SDKも使用していません。
本アプリの購入（買い切り）は、Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。 お支払い情報（クレジットカード番号など）は Apple により管理され、 開発者が取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、個人情報を 収集する仕組みそのものがないため、お子さまにもご安心してご利用いただけます。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定される ことがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how INGYU EUM (the "Developer"), an independent developer, handles user information in the iOS app "つみき - Tsumiki Habit Tracker" (the "App").
The App requires no account or sign-in. The Developer does not operate any server that collects personal information. Your habit data is stored only on your device.
The App can optionally use Apple's CloudKit (iCloud) to sync data across your devices. This data is stored only in the private database of your own Apple ID's iCloud account, which the Developer cannot access. iCloud sync is optional — every feature of the App works fully without signing in to iCloud.
You can optionally link a habit to a Health metric (steps, workouts, water, mindfulness, or sleep). When linked, the App reads that data on a read-only basis, solely to automatically mark a day as done when you reach your goal. Health data is processed only on your device and is never sent to or stored on any developer server. The App never writes any data to Health. Linking is optional and can be turned off at any time from each habit's settings or the Health app.
Reminder notifications are scheduled entirely on your device (local notifications) and never pass through a Developer-operated server. As part of iCloud sync, the App may also receive silent background push notifications used solely to detect data changes; these contain no personal information or visible content.
The App displays no advertising and uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
The App's one-time purchase is processed through Apple's StoreKit. Payment details (such as credit card numbers) are handled entirely by Apple; the Developer never receives or stores them.
The App is not targeted at a specific age group. Since it has no mechanism to collect personal information at all, it is safe for use by children as well.
This policy may be revised to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced on this page.
