Pokapet はあなたの個人データを集める自社サーバーを一切持ちません。 あなたの記録は、あなた自身の iCloud にのみ保存されます。

はじめに

Pokapet（ポカペット、以下「本アプリ」）は、大切な家族との思い出を記録し、そっと残すためのアプリです。私たちは、あなたの思い出を守ることを最優先に設計しています。

私たちが「集めない」ということ

本アプリの開発者は、あなたの個人データを収集・保存・閲覧しません。あなたが本アプリで作成する以下のような情報は、あなたのデバイスと、あなた自身の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベース）にのみ保存されます。

ペットのプロフィール（名前・種類・品種・誕生日・迎えた日など）
記録・日記の文章、日付、瞬間タグ
写真・動画（アプリ内で圧縮して保存）
かんたんな健康メモ（体重・通院・投薬など）
追悼に関する情報（テーマ、灯した記録など）

このデータはあなた自身の iCloud アカウントに保存され、あなたのデバイス間で同期されます。開発者はこのデータにアクセスできません。

広告・トラッキング

本アプリは広告を一切表示しません。また、アクセス解析ツール・トラッキング SDK・第三者の分析サービスを一切使用しません。あなたの行動を追跡したり、データを共有・販売することはありません。

Apple のサービス

本アプリは Apple 標準のサービスを利用します（Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。

iCloud / CloudKit：あなたの記録をあなた自身の iCloud に保存・同期します。
App Store / StoreKit：プレミアムの購入は Apple が処理します。開発者は支払い情報を受け取りません。

通知

通知はすべて端末内で動作するローカル通知です。通知のためにデータが外部へ送信されることはありません。頻度・種類・オン/オフはいつでも設定で制御できます。

データの保持と削除

アプリ内でペットや記録を削除すると、そのデータは削除されます。
「書き出し」機能で、いつでも写真と記録を端末に取り出せます。
アプリを削除しても iCloud 上の同期データはあなたの iCloud 設定に従います。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは一般向けであり、13 歳未満のお子様を対象として個人データを収集することはありません（そもそも開発者はデータを収集しません）。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを更新する場合は「最終更新日」を改めます。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせすることがあります。

Privacy Policy

Pokapet has no server of its own that collects your personal data. Your records are stored only in your own iCloud.

Introduction

Pokapet ("the App") helps you record and gently keep the everyday moments with your family pet. We designed it to protect your memories first.

We do not collect your data

The developer does not collect, store, or access your personal data. The content you create — such as the following — is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud (Apple's CloudKit private database):

Pet profiles (name, species, breed, birthday, adoption day, etc.)
Journal text, dates, and moment tags
Photos and videos (stored compressed within the App)
Light health notes (weight, vet visits, medication, etc.)
Memorial information (theme, candle records, etc.)

This data is stored in your own iCloud account and synced across your devices. The developer cannot access this data.

Advertising & tracking

The App shows no advertising of any kind. It uses no analytics tools, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party analytics services. We do not track your behavior, and we do not share or sell your data.

Apple services

The App uses standard Apple services, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

iCloud / CloudKit: stores and syncs your records in your own iCloud.
App Store / StoreKit: purchases are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment information.

Notifications

All notifications are local and run entirely on your device. No data is sent externally to deliver them. You control their frequency, type, and on/off state at any time.

Data retention & deletion

Deleting a pet or a record in the App deletes that data.
The Export feature lets you take your photos and records out to your device anytime.
Deleting the App does not by itself remove data already synced to iCloud; that is governed by your iCloud settings.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (the developer does not collect data at all).

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may notify you within the App.
